Sam Harris…
Is my favorite author. This guy is a genius. He’s got a few doctorates, a couple masters and shit from all sorts of school, mainly Harvard. He’s still at Harvard studying the reactions in human brains that happens when we make decisions. How fucking complicated does that sound?
Anyway, he wrote a book in 2005 called ‘The End of Faith,’ basically it explained that the logic that all too many religions are using, no matter how innocent they seem, are a very real threat to society.
Anyway, I don’t want to ruin the book by giving it a subpar description, but seriously go to a place where books are rented or sold, and buy it…. or rent it.
I am going out on thursday to buy the sequal to ‘The End of Faith’ titled ‘An Open Letter to Christianity.’ I’m psyched. If it’s as good as the previous, I may change from daily Hunter S. quotes to Sam Harris quotes.
